We're building the copilot for wealth managers — an AI-powered platform that automates manual work like meeting transcription, report writing, onboarding, and client communications, freeing advisers to focus on what matters most: building relationships and delivering personalised advice.

About the role

We're looking for a Junior Engineer to start their career building real product with a senior founding team around them. You'll ship meaningful work from day one, with the support and mentorship to grow quickly.

This is a rare chance to learn at a fast-moving, AI-first startup. You'll gain exposure across the stack and help lay the foundations for everything we build as we scale across Europe and beyond.

This role is based in London, with flexibility to work remotely.

Key responsibilities

• •Build and ship features across the stack with guidance from senior engineers.
• •Contribute to AI pipelines and the product interfaces advisers use.
• •Write tested, maintainable code and take part in code review.
• •Learn fast and take ownership of increasingly meaningful work.

Qualifications

• •Some professional or project experience building web applications.
• •Solid foundations in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• •Genuine curiosity about AI and how it's changing software.
• •Strong communication skills and a desire to learn quickly.
• •You share our values: empathy, transparency, customer-centricity, and drive.

Preferred skills

We leverage AI heavily in our day-to-day development, but we ultimately value an engineering mindset and a considered approach. AI is a racecar that needs a skilled driver. Some of the technologies you will be working with:

• •TypeScript across the stack — React on the front end, Node.js/NestJS on the back end.
• •Cloud platforms such as GCP and Azure (a familiarity is a plus).

Desired skills

• •Internship or project experience at a startup.
• •Exposure to PostgreSQL.
• •Side projects using LLMs or AI tooling.
